I spent Mother's day with my sisters today (Sun, 12th May). My daughter was at her mom-in-law's place today but she phoned to wish me 'Happy Mother's Day'. Appreciate her thoughts. I guess when the children are really good to you everyday, there's really no reason to celebrate Mother's day cause everyday seems like Mother's day,
When I mentioned that today is Mother's day to my husband, he simply said that I am not his mother. Never mind for the one track mind. Ha ha.. Since I am not mother to his children so there's no need to celebrate either I guess. Anyway to all mothers rejoice being a mom. Celebrate it the way you want, remembering all that you have done for your children for without them we won't be called 'mother'.
