Would you...?

If you are the selfless type, you sometimes hear people say to you that you have to put yourself first when the need arises and be selfish for once. Am sure in life we go through many instances that calls for us to be selfish. I always wondered what I would do at some of these instances...

would you give away your best dress to your bestfriend?
would you give away your more expensive handbag because it will make a better gift?
would you rather go hungry simply to ensure your children have more than enough to eat?
would you keep the best lean meat for your spouse because you know he preferred that?
would you give away your nicely shaped cookies to the neighbours and keep the imperfect shaped ones to eat?
would you choose not to get new shoes cause you have to use the money for other good use?
would you treat the children what they want and skimp on your own wants?
would you entertain till late cause you can't ask your guest to leave even when you have exams the next morning?
would you marry your boyfriend even though deep down it didn't seem right, simply because you didn't know how to break up?
