Guide From Surah Al-Furqan

During my student days, I not only flock with people from my own country but I do with friends from Greece, Sweden, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Colombia and of course from the UK too. Also throughout my adult life I have many good  friends who are Christians. I silently asked why God didn't make them a Muslim so that they will have the priviledges of being a good Muslim. The other question I often asked was why some Muslims actually  apostate from Islam and yet for others who have gone astray, Allah gave them Hidayah to come back to the straight path. I understand through some it's not for us to ask whom Allah has given Hidayah and whom he has not chosen to. For us who were born muslims do not take things for granted thus the need to understand and practice literally how to be a good muslim. Not finding time to learn from ustazahs or ustaz, I had to follow through the index in the Quran translation to look for chapters in the Quran on how to be a good Muslim. It seemed simple but not easy. Surah Al-Furqan was one of many surahs that explains how to be one:

For my children, written in Bahasa Melayu, the summary from Ayat 63 to 71.

 Sifat-sifat Hamba Allah yang Mendapat Kemuliaan dari surah Al-Furqan Ayat 63-71;

If you have sinned repent for Allah is the All Forgiving and Merciful.
